PROJECTS PRIOR TO LISTING
Many home sellers have the opportunity to make updates or repairs to their properties prior to listing, and thus achieve a higher price during the listing process. Unfortunately, most sellers are overwhelmed. With all the work it takes to get a home ready, there is little room left to handle even small projects.
In such cases a good contractor can really take the pressure off. I specialize in the Punch List, and happily correct issues large and small. From putting finishing touches on gorgeous high-end homes, to hauling out garbage from a “slash and burn” rental situation, I am here to take this work off your hands. I work independently, precisely, and quickly.
INSPECTION OBJECTION CORRECTION
Once in awhile a property changes hands smoothly with zero objections. Most of the time, however, an objection list is a normal healthy part of the process of buying or selling any real estate. The key to a smooth sale is often how quickly and effectively these objections can be either solved, or satisfied in some way, often involving a certification or inspection by a qualified contractor.
I love solving problems for real estate, and carry the insurance to certify or give consult on a variety of items including certifying roof systems. I am comfortable working directly with clients, and have the flexibility to fix problems on short notice. My pricing is fair and I offer a dizzying array of services.
